InSolidarity Network: what we did in 2025
Year two of the InSolidarity Network builds on the strong foundations laid since its launch. What began as an ambitious coming together of creatives, scholars, musicians, social enterprises and business leaders continues to grow into a dynamic alliance committed to strengthening networks of power and possibility across Hulme, Manchester.
This year’s report captures a network that is not just active, but evolving. We highlight a new wave of community-led events and collaborations, such as The Outsider’s Festival, PlayTime, Dazzle and ThisAbility. These moments have deepened relationships, widened participation, and sharpened our shared purpose.
Alongside celebrating what’s been delivered, this report reflects a more mature phase of learning. We take stock of what has worked, where we have been challenged, and how the network is adapting in response. The emphasis this year is not just on activity, but on impact - how connections are translating into tangible shifts in opportunity, visibility, and collective agency within Hulme.
