70k in May

Faith on the move: Revd Azariah’s 70k in May

Revd Azariah France-Williams is taking on 70k in May, showing how local steps can make a global difference.

When Revd Azariah France-Williams decided to take on a challenge for Christian Aid Week, he knew it needed to be something active—and something that would bring him closer to his community.

So, this May, Azariah will be walking, cycling and (maybe) jogging his way through 70 kilometres, raising money to support people around the world living with the devastating impact of climate change.

You can read more about Azariah’s pledge on the Christian Aid website here.

“In Guatemala, farmers like Aurelia are battling extreme weather, but with Christian Aid’s support, they’re learning skills to protect their farms and provide for their families.

Your support can help fund this vital training. Just £20 could buy two pounds of climate-resilient seeds, diversifying a family’s crop and increasing their resilience against the effects of the climate crisis.”
